The public limited company with the registered trade name “HELLENIC SHIPYARDS S.A.” which is under special administration, according to the provisions of articles 68 et seq. of Law 4307/2014, (hereinafter the “Company”), further to the decision dated 27/2/2025 of the Special Administrator (lawfully published at the General Commercial Registry, as it emerges from the relevant announcements with reg. no, 3545666/10.03.2025 and 3582533/14.03.2025), announced the transfer of the Company’s headquarters from the Municipality of Egaleo, Attica, to the Municipality of Marousi, Attica at the following Address:
